Reservation Policies
- Rates do not include current 11.25% room tax.
- Rates are in U.S. dollars and based on single/double occupancy on a standard room, unless otherwise noted.
- Prices, taxes and surcharges are subject to change.
- We regret we cannot offer a wait list for accommodations.
- We are currently accepting reservations for stays up to 13 months in advance. On the first of each month, we will begin accepting reservations for the entire month of the following year. For example, on March 1, 2007, we will accept reservations through March 31, 2008. Please be sure to include a billing address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address to expedite a response. Remember to always provide complete information on any correspondence.
- All reservations require an advance deposit through Central Reservations. In order to reserve a room, a deposit equal to the first night of your stay (plus tax) is required for each room. You may use JCB, American Express, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard or Visa and we will charge your credit card upon completion of the reservation. The deposit will also guarantee your room reservation for an arrival beyond 4:00 p.m.
- Please note, the deposit will guarantee the room reservation only and DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE RATE. Our rates require approval by the National Park Service, so you can always be assured of an excellent value. However, the rates are not guaranteed and if we have an increase in the rate, you will be responsible for the increase.
Group Arrivals
- For group arrivals we offer an optional $4.00 per person, round trip, baggage handling fee.
- There is a $1.00 per person, per night housekeeping gratuity added to all group rooms.
- 1.5 hour narrated tour by step-on guide service is available to groups for $90.00.
- Group tours of ten rooms or more can be arranged by contacting the Group Sales Manager at sales-bryce@xanterra.com.
Canceling a Reservation
If you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Central Reservations and obtain a cancellation number at least 48 hours prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date to receive a full refund of your deposit. Call 303.297.2757 or 888.297.2757.

Reservation Hours of Operation
Open, 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Mountain Time, 7 days a week. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day. For same day reservations or to reach a Lodge guest call 435.834.8700.
