Bryce Canyon Dining Room
Surrounded by the majestic Ponderosa Pine Forest, the dining room is a wonderful place to relax and take in the inspiring beauty of Bryce and enjoy dining in the style of rustic elegance from the 1930's. The dining room is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, serving a variety of appetizers, salads and entrées as well as a tasteful selection of vegetarian dishes. They also offer an international wine list and a selection of local microbrew beers.

Early and Late Season: (April 1 - 25 and September 22 - November 1)
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Peak Season: (April 26 - September 21)
- Breakfast: 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Reservations are required for dinner only. Dining reservations should be made 2 months in advance after Bryce Canyon opens April 1. For reservations please call 435.834.8760.
Box Lunches are Available - Orders can be placed with the dining room host or by dialing 760 from your guestroom and for room charge only. Please order boxed lunches 1 hour in advance, or the day prior to pick up.
